Kgeographer Profile
I'm a geographer with a long-standing interest in World Heritage sites, have always made a point of visiting any that are nearby on my itineraries.
Back in 2001 I created World Heritage Web as a non-profit and tried to get UNESCO's WHC support for an elaborate web presentation of the WH sites. Finally gave up a few years ago, but I remain interested in WH sites as a way to "tell world history."
Just hit a dozen or so more on my trips in Fall 2021 and Summer 2022.
I'm currently co-creator and sole developer of World Historical Gazetteer.
