Parc national d'Odzala-Kokoua
Parc national d'Odzala-Kokoua is part of the Tentative list of Congo (Republic) in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.
Odzala-Kokoua is a forested national park dotted with clearings, salt pans and savannas. It has exceptional ecological value for the study of the forest and is the site of important ecological processes and remarkable vegetation formations. The park is home to species typical of this environment: gorillas, bongos, chimpanzees, elephants, buffaloes, hyenas and lions.
